Our reception is open from 7:30 in the morning until 19:30 in the evening. After that time, even if we are not physically present on the premises, just a phone call away, and in a few minutes, we will be with you to help with transfers, organize tours and guided visits, book restaurants and tickets, and give you directions to easily reach all the places you desire. It is possible to check in even after 19:30 by communicating the automated procedure, so if you think you will arrive after this time, please let us know so we can organize your check-in in the best way, making you feel as soon as you arrive, you can go straight to your room, as if it were your own home.

Bureaucratic check-in and collecting the room keys can be done from 10:00 to 19:00. Important: the room is ready from 14:00. The staff will welcome you with a smile, offer you a flute of prosecco or a welcome drink while briefly telling you the history of our building and providing some important information. They will take your luggage to your room and let you rest, but always staying nearby to make sure you have everything you need. Check-out is to be completed by 10:30, but if you wish, you can leave your luggage in free storage for the entire day.

In our Art&Food Room, you will find a rich buffet with a comprehensive intercontinental breakfast for those who prefer it. Or have a real Italian breakfast, with warm croissants and freshly baked cakes from our trusted bakery, strictly accompanied by an espresso or cappuccino. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:30, but if you prefer, you can request it served in your room at any time. We can prepare for you a delicious breakfast box to take with you. On request, food for celiacs and vegetarians is also available. Tours & Activities A stay at Relais Stibbert leaves no room for boredom: on request, we can organize any activity or excursion for you. Guided visits to the major museums in Florence, Wine Tours in Chianti with visits to Monteriggioni, Siena, and San Gimignano, and food and wine tasting. Customized tours to Pisa, Lucca, Arezzo, Grosseto, and other major centers in Tuscany.

Relais Stibbert is located in Via Lambruschini 39, at the gates of the historic center and outside the Ztl. Easily accessible on foot with a pleasant 10/15 minute walk, or comfortably with the new T1 tram line from SMN central station. Our stop is Muratori- Statuto.
Available to customers with a small supplement our convenient transfer service to the center, the station, the airport and all areas of Florence and beyond. Also close to our property you can find the beautiful Stibbert museum of oriental arts, armor, porcelain and costumes with a very pleasant green park (the Stibbert Park) where you can relax in walks surrounded by nature and in the overwhelming atmosphere of Florentine art and culture.

Relais Stibbert is located outside the ZTL, therefore it is easily accessible by car without the risk of running into particular penalties. For parking your car safely and easy way, we have our garage , and you just need to leave the key of your car at the desk on arrival time, Our staff will take your car, work to the garage and bring it back on your departure time. The cost fo the garage services is 25 euro per night. Prior booking is Appreciated. As an alternative to the garage, you can leave the car on the strips near to the hotel, as the area where we are located is very quiet. The blue stripes have a cost of 1 euro per hour from 8:00 to 20:00 and you can pay by card or cash.

Both at departure and arrival, we can arrange a transfer to/from the airport or train station, or to any other necessary destination for you. Please notify us in advance. A vehicle with a private driver will pick you up for trips, tours, and excursions, whether alone or in a group.
If you wish to explore Tuscany independently, we will assist you in renting a car or motorcycle.

For guests who love cycling, we provide our personalized bikes, allowing you to explore the city quickly and more environmentally friendly. The cost is €10.00 per bike for the entire day.

Unfortunately, we do not have an indoor gym, but that doesn’t stop us from helping you stay fit even while on vacation. If you want to stay in shape while on vacation, you will find some of the best Fitness Centers in Florence near the Relais, affiliated with us. Please notify us in advance. Our staff will be happy to book your entry at a discounted price and explain how to get there.

After a day in the city, don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy a total body relaxation massage. Inside our relais, you can find the new holistic center INMA, which aims to regenerate body and mind and provide unique moments of pure relaxation.

We welcome your furry friends with a pet set just for them, including toys, a blanket, and a bowl with kibble. Please inform our staff of the presence of your pet so that we can arrange the best welcome for them. To offer a quality service, we require a supplement of €10.00 for small size, €20.00 for medium size, and €30.00 for large size.

It is possible to book with all the gift package agreements at the Relais. For each package, there are special conditions, all of which have been listed on the package’s reference website. Reservations with the packages must be made directly with us. It is not possible to book through OTAs and use the package, and at the same time, it is not possible to combine the package stay with the OTA stay.

The laundry and dry-cleaning service is available from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Garments delivered before 09:30 will be returned after 20:00 on the same day. There is also a quick 4 hour service, with pickup until 09:30. The ironing service is available every day from 09:00 to 20:00.
