Since July 1, 2011, the City of Florence has introduced a tourist tax with City Council Resolution No. 33 of June 10, 2011, No. 50 of July 28, 2014, and No. 12 of March 2, 2015. The tax is applied to the overnight stays of non-residents in the City of Florence for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The tax rate for this accommodation facility is Euro 5.50 per night, per person. The following exemptions apply: minors within the completed age of 10 years. Also exempt are those accompanying patients admitted to local health facilities, based on one companion per patient; parents, or companions, assisting minors under eighteen years of age admitted to local health facilities, for a maximum of two people per patient.

It is possible to book with all the gift package agreements at the Relais. For each package, there are special conditions, all of which have been listed on the package’s reference website. Reservations with the packages must be made directly with us. It is not possible to book through OTAs and use the package, and at the same time, it is not possible to combine the package stay with the OTA stay.
The laundry and dry-cleaning service is available from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Garments delivered before 09:30 will be returned after 20:00 on the same day. There is also a quick 4-hour service, with pickup until 09:30. The ironing service is available every day from 09:00 to 20:00.
All rooms are equipped with a power strip that can accommodate most types of plugs. If you have different needs, we will be happy to help you find a solution.
The closest train station is Santa Maria Novella (SMN), approximately 15 minutes away on foot, 5 minutes by taxi, and just 4 stops on the T1 tram line.
The nearest airport is Peretola, named Amerigo Vespucci, about 20 minutes away by taxi to reach our Relais.
All our rooms are non-smoking as we are a non-smoking facility. For those who smoke, please let us know at the time of booking as we provide rooms with outdoor spaces where smoking is permitted.
One child up to the age of 5 stays free of charge. The free stay is applicable for a maximum of one child per room and may vary depending on the size of the room booked and local legislation.

Yes, to confirm the booking, a deposit equal to the price of the first night is required. The deposit must be paid in the last phase of the online booking process with a credit card (we accept Visa, Maestro, or MasterCard) and Amex, as well as payment via PayPal or Stripe. The deposit will be deducted from your bill to be paid at the time of check-out. If you do not have a credit card, contact us directly, and we will find another solution through bank transfer.
